Schola Global provides online tutoring and educational resources. While we strive for the highest quality of education, we do not guarantee specific academic results or grades. Student success is dependent on their own effort, attendance, and participation.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment and Cancellation
All fees for tutoring services are due in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled session to be eligible for a makeup session or refund, subject to our detailed cancellation policy provided upon enrollment.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Schola Global and its licensors. Our materials may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without express written permission.
6. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
